The trainers give me lots of really great advice and encouragement. They know I'm a newbie so they keep checking in on me during the workouts and give me achievable goals. Every time I've gone, it's always a different sequence so that makes it fun too. I keep learning new things and it's never repetitive.
I have only great things to say about Fuel. The instructors are motivating, specific and helpful in their one-to-one advice, and welcoming to anyone new. Workouts vary to keep things interesting and challenging. You can just show up, shut your brain off, and work on your fitness in a pretty efficient block of time. Give it a try, stick with it, and you will see results in your health and fitness and have fun along the way.

Training at Fuel Training Club has been a complete game changer. The facility is excellent and well-equipped, but it’s the trainers that make Fuel truly special.
