Purchased my Powervision from them in 3/13/14 for my 2014 FXSBSE. They were quick to ship product but not so good 2 years later when the handle bar mount breaks. Just washing my bike and go to remove it and the plastic tab snaps. I thought for sure they would replace this but nope. However they are happy to sell me a new one. I will say they offered to discount it $10 bucks but I declined. I won't buy from a company that won't stand behind their products; I didn't expect a 10 year warranty or anything but I think in under 3 ... read more
Excellent customer service! One of the heat shield mounting tabs broke on my e series 2 into 1 . Called Fuel Moto. They sent a new replacement heat shield charge. impressed!

Bought my power vision for my Harley from you guys. I called probably 6 times with questions regarding the tuner and installing it on my bike. Just called today and asked about a new tune. Every time I called staff was very polite and very helpful. I recommend you guys to anyone that asks about my tuner and where I got it.
I purchased a Dynojet Power Vision w/ Target Tune and also D&D Fat Cat exhaust system from them and could not be happier with their customer service and assistance. Not to mention the great prices as well! They are a great group of folks and I highly recommend that this be THE place to go for these products!
I purchased a 107 big bore kit, with the level b heads. After the install and about 300 miles the head dropped a valve. Fuelmoto didn't waste any time getting me all new parts and they covered the labor. This company stands behind there stuff. Yes it sucked but for them to take care of everything was awesome. Things happen! So over all great company. I'm very satisfied with them.
Was chosen as winner for hat and flashlight give away. Very thankful and appreciative. Staff was very nice and actually seemed to enjoy helping! Will definitely use Fuel-moto for purchases in future!
