bought shocks and returned them because no better than I had. Got about have my money back.... called it restocking fee.

RecommendedPurchased my Powervision, exhaust and intake from these guys. Customer service was second to none. Had some issues with the tuner (my fault) and tried several times to contact dynojet but could never get someone on the phone. Lucas at Fuel Moto helped me out and got me going after I sent him a log file from my bike. Not trying to knock dynojet, but this is a case where dealer support was better than factory support. The map that I got from fuel moto was also spot on! Keep up the good work guys
These guys are fantastic. I can’t say enough. I found them by way Rinehart pipes being garbage and breaking. So I found the X pipe used and need to update my tuning. I ordered the power vision from them programmed for the exhaust and mufflers I was using. Well they did everything right and Dynojet shipped the unit with the wrong bike connector cable. I ordered a D&D Fat cat exhaust 14 days ago, was told 2/3 weeks before shipping because of back ordered. I’m happy to share my order is here already !! I can complete my build now thanks FUEL MOTO y’all rock 🤘🏼💯😎
This is how Customer Service is supposed to be done! These folks get it! After receiving my pre-mapped Power Vision, I was looking at a different retailer (for something Fuel Moto doesn't carry) and realized they had it for nearly double the price. And I'm betting that retailer doesn't have half the customer satisfaction.

Hats off to Jamie, the fuel Moto tuner I spoke with today. Bike threw 14 serial data open/high codes. Limp mode. Complete shutdown and couldn’t clear the codes. After testing every wire and connector on my bike I called Fuel Moto at a loss looking for advice. Jamie told me it’s not super common - but he’s seen it happen before on the throttle by wire bikes before from the Power Vision tuner. He emailed me a firmware file for the PV made to remedy this issue if it occurred. Updated my PV with it and all 14 codes are cleared a... read more
Service to customers outside the U.S.A. is great.
I just wanted to shoot a message to anyone who might care. I ordered a Jet kit from your ebay listing for my listed bike above on the 8th, and it is now the 21st and I still have not received it. I contacted your company via phone to get directed to the shipping department where I was told you do not currently have any in stock but their on their way and you will ship it out via Priority Mail to try and get it to me as fast as possible.
