Very pleasant atmosphere!!
Great food a little pricey but worth it. The gator gumbo was very yummy
Could be our worst dining experience in Florida. Was there just over 3 hours total waiting for a table, 30 min waiting for drinks (5 little kids were in our party with no drink) another hour waiting for food. Once the food arrived it was all cold. The manager did try and give us a free dessert but didn’t want to see how long that would take to get to the table. Alligators were fun to feed..just hit a drive through before you visit.
Horrible service from our server. We waited almost 45 minutes to be sat (which was fine because we knew that it was busy), but it took us almost 15 just to be greeted once sat. I even made eye contact with the server but he still did not come over and at least let us know that he would take care of us when he got a chance. After taking our drink and food order, it took probably another 15 minutes for him to bring us our drinks (water and sweet tea). The environment was cool and kid friendly. Cool scavenger hunt but the service was okay...pretty slow. The food was good though. Crab dip was a must have, absolutely amazing😍
Our server Lynn was beyond amazing. We had a family party of 11 which included 5 of my members and the rest was my parents and sister's family. Our 4 year old son has autism and was stimming quite a bit due to the wait at the table because of our large party. He was up and down a lot and occasionally got under Lynn's feet while serving.
