The food was good. Our waiter was GREAT! Sammar was our waiter and he was very helpful and friendly.
Waited way too long for as slow as it was. They put us at a table too small for a group of 10. The service was slow and didn’t get our orders right. Waitress didn’t provide cocktail sauce with the meal and when we asked for some she said “I’ll bring you more”. 2 stars is being way too generous. The food was fair at best.
1 1/2 hour wait when we showed up.. but wasn’t a problem watched the show and did a scavenger hunt while we waited. After we got done with the scavenger hunt our kids spun a wheel and won free crab dip, I told the manager I had a coupon for that already so she said don’t worry about it you can have the dip and the kids can get a prize from the bucket. We really enjoyed our experience at Fudpuckers! Good food, Great service and a neat place to eat.
Tiffany & Piper were excellent servers! The crab balls, fish tacos, fried shrimp, Mac n cheese, coconut shrimp and gaitor tail were magnificent, even our 10 mo old loved it! They need a new recipe for hush puppies & the amber Jack fried was over done. However, the alligator feeding, alligator pictures, the gift shop, and the atmosphere were enjoyable and family friendly! This was an amazing stop on our vacation.
Great food, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Waited a while for a table but plenty for you and the kids to do while u wait.
We came back to this place 5 years later and they still have some of the best fried pickles. The alligator and shrimp is also delicious
