Fudge Rentals is, without a doubt, one of the most deplorable apartment management companies I've ever encountered. Their deceitful practices, shoddy maintenance, and disregard for tenant rights make them a company to be avoided at all costs. Terrible communication. Numerous times that maintenance requests went unanswered. Would not recommend renting from them.
