I had an AMAZING experience with Fudge Rentals. I never had any issues with maintenance, every time my roommates and I needed something fixed, they responded super quickly! I got to meet Mr. Fudge, and he was a very kind and caring man who took great pride in his properties. As for the security deposit, I received 80% of my money back, so I have no complaints there. Put in several requests for our A/C to get fixed, and of course they “complete” them but it was never fixed. Air will blow hot air all day and run allll day while making our electricity sky high. I’ll come home and the temperature upstairs is 80 degrees. This is the third maintenance request I’ve had to fill out about our A/C breaking. I honestly think they’re checking freon levels and calling it a day. Terrible communication & maintenance. Would not recommend renting.
Fudge Rentals is, without a doubt, one of the most deplorable apartment management companies I've ever encountered. Their deceitful practices, shoddy maintenance, and disregard for tenant rights make them a company to be avoided at all costs.
