Awesome as always
Usually love the place but tonight the lady at the grill tossed our food at us. We then had a problem with the order and she argued and said it was the cashiers fault but never did fix it. Will never go back!!!!!
Best burgers EVER..WOW!! Like it, you have a roll of paper towels on each table. Plus, you CREATE YOUR BURGER, AS YOU WISH. LOTS of dips for fries, YOU ROCK!
Awful customer service this evening. I ordered a burger well done with no toppings. The cashier asked if I wanted a bun. I said yes a bun,with no toppings ie. Cheese ,bacon etc. She rolled her eyes and said what else meanwhile another employee came up and started whispering in the cashier's ear.. Then my daughter spilled her drink. The bus guy saw us cleaning it up and walked right past with a rag in his hand
HORRIBLE experience! Our high school football team PRE-ORDERED meals for after a game. They weren't any where near ready and were made begrudgingly. The cook slapped premade/precooked looking patties on the grill just long enough to warm them some. Centers of the burgers were still chilled and cheese wouldn't melt. Customer service was horrendous and the manager didn't seem to care that food was subpar, even though the bill was several hundred dollars. We will NEVER be back.
Had Fuddruckers for dinner tonight with my family. We waited for a very long time with very few people in the restaurant. Once we got our meal, I️ picked up my burger to take a bite and my entire bottom bun was soggy and I had red juice on my fingers. I️ looked at the bun and it was covered in blood from raw meat. We took the burger back and they remade it, but I️ didn’t even want it because I️ was disgusted from the first one.
