Absolute idiots, rude with no customer service skills. My wife ordered a mushroom swiss burger with cheddar instead of swiss. They rang it in wrong and she got a burger with cheese only. When she told the expediter, she was told she would have to go wait in line and pay the difference for the cashier's mistake! I tried calling the store to talk to a manage while we were still there, I could hear the phone ringing but it rang 10 times and no one answered it. It was a very good and clean restaurant. The staff was super nice and our food came out the way we ordered it.
I came here for my anniversary and so spent a lot of money on our meal. $49.08 exactly and while me and my partner were getting our drinks we could hear the cashier talking to the cook how it was ‘outragous’ For us to spend that much. This is our second time coming to this establishment and the first time was great, everyone was friendly and we had amazing service. This time however we were met with judgement and NO service. Extremely disappointed and upset for being judged on spending so much!!
Clean, super friendly staff. Food always good! Had a new cashier, she hadn’t gotten a gift card before and needed help. Manager was soft spoken and helpful to her not harsh like some can be.
