Bad service. One person taking orders & also phone orders @ the register. Couldn’t hear my name being called. Won’t be going back.
This place has 100% poor service record with me every time that I go. The last time I went I had to speak to a manager, Patricia, about not receiving part of my order. We had already finished our meal and we’re still waiting on our milkshakes. Her attitude was one of no concern to my family and I. She simply said we could refund you what you didn’t get. Then she wanted to argue with me about how stuff just happens. Incredibly unprofessional. Wall bangers in Corpus Christi is much better.
