Got sick a couple hours after i ate. Asked for medium burger. Was burnt. Dry. Disappointing. Worst part was driving over am hour to intentionally go there
Dirty store and sub-par customer service. Food probably would have been good if it hadn't been cold. The young lady who took our order decided for us that we wouldn't wait 20 minutes for onion rings but it took at least that long to get our food. Is it normal to be out of onion rings at 6:30 PM on a Saturday? We were in from out of town and were excited when we saw it. I ate at one in the Georgetown area a couple of months ago that was wonderful. Very disappointed with this experience.
We are currently here and having a great customer service experience. Everyone is so friendly. One of the workers passed out some cookie samples and thanked us for dining here. Thank you!

Horrible service, we have to order gluten free cause of celiac disease. two hamburgers gluten free they came out on gluten buns, the girl who was giving us our order just didn't want to walk to the back and get the gluten free buns. She wouldn't of told us they regular buns but we always ask to make sure, you also pay two dollars more for gluten buns. Just ridiculous service, needless to say won't be going back.

Back in the day Fudruckers was amazing. Tonight he service and the food totally sucked. They ran out of wedge fries, served us cold skinny fries. The worlds greatest offer is suppose to be $6.00 plus a drink on Monday and they charged me $7.29 for the meal plus $2.29 for a drink. The restaurant and restrooms are nasty dirty. Like Tombstone Critic on Facebook
Great burgers..... I especially love the cheese sauce and fries!
if i owned the mall this place would be removed piss poor service very rude employees
