Employees have a bad attitude problems and the food was horrible , I have been to several Fuddruckers in different States and had very good experiences and food but this place was the worst and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The young lady who was taking the food orders refused to serve us as we were not wearing masks, even though the masks would need to be removed literally 60 seconds later. I tried to explain this to her but she said that her manager told her not to serve anyone without a mask. Rather than argue, my wife and I left and gave another restaurant our business.
I just got take out due to the virus. ordering at the counter was confusing because the girl taking the in person orders is also taking the phone orders. Through the confusion, I had to repeat my order at least 3 times over several minutes. One 1/3rd pounder. Two 1/2 pounders. All medium. And 2 Drinks. The burgers were quite over cooked, but delicious. The young man doing the cooking had his mask pulled off and was alternating cooking and texting on his phone.
