It was my birthday so I went for my free burger. As we were leaving, the "produce pusher " as he endearingly called himself, said "bye. See you tomorrow". So I told him it's my birthday. Then he offered me a free dessert and gave me free cookie. ! The food is excellent but that service went above and beyond and made me feel so valued!!!

The staff was excellent. Service was quick and friendly.
Our school had a "dine and donate" at your Downers Grove Location. We never received our earned profit back to our school. DG blames corporate - corporate blames DG. Neither will take ownership of it. We lost out on a few hundred dollars and we will never return! Please be aware if you are a school. DON'T FUNDRAISE THERE!!! Very disappointed.

Cashier was friendly. I asked the staff if they could turn on the Cubs game and they obliged. Food was excellent as usual. Best fast casual burger place in IL!

Today was my last visit! Disgracefully filthy! Sticky tables, chairs and floors, including the restroom! And let's not even talk about the carpet -which could be smelled while seated at the table! Just gross!
