I've seen complaints about cleanliness I agree to a point BUT!!! They was swamped as usual !!! U know why ??? A GOOD FREAKIN BURGER!!!! ���� I'd give a 9.5 outta 10 .... had one young man runnin his butt off cleaning tables ASAP !!! Crowd just overwhelming at times .. if u have never worked in food service don't knock it till u have done it !!!!
It didn't look very clean inside and the food was priced high for a quality that just wasn't there. The quality has really went down since the last time I had ate there.
Best burgers around and great fries. Miss you in Ohio.

Food was great loved the one pound burger, service was fast.
The food is good, but the service SUCKS. VERY rude staff.
Food was good. However, Staff acted as if they didn't care about getting food out timely, the floors were trashed, (with napkins, and straw wrappers), chairs were randomly everywhere, the topping bar was basically empty, my food sat on the line for almost 10 minutes before they gave it to me, and the bacon sucked. Will not be going back.
