Placed an online order, went to pick it up and they said that my food was not up yet. I waited and waited with no signs of my food coming up, and the manager on duty asked if I had been helped yet, and told her the situation. I had wasted my entire lunch break waiting on an order I would never receive, and she wouldn't give me my money back. I was told I had to come back again tomorrow and waste a whole lunch break again trying to get my money back because the general manager wasn't there today.
