Great place and great food. Best burgers around. We need one closer to Washington, Ga.
I love to go to Fuddruckers,or I used to... We ate there about a month ago, and ordered our burgers well done. When we got them they had a burned crust on them. Well. We thought it was an isolated incident. But we went today for Fathers Day with our family. Our burgers, which we ordered well done were burnt to a crisp again. If you want a burger to not be pink inside, how are you supposed to order it ? And another disappointing thing, the shredded lettuce was all brown and wilted. Terrible customer service and ticket time. 32minutes is way too long to wait for a kids burger, adult burger and veggie burger. Then "lee" in the kitchen has a foul mouth and doesn't approve of customer complaints. Maybe work on your service skills. Cookie girls were very nice and while the service is awful the burger was good.
I work here great place to bring the family and friends and kids!! Wonderful co workers and managers also the best burgers in town!!! We love what we do and making sure guest come first is our number 1 priority!!
