Worlds slowest cooked burgers. Order it and then 45 min later go ask where it is. Only 30 min later they are calling your name and before you know it 2 hours after you came in the door you are finally eating. Did I mention the cashiers don't know how the register works? Also I ordered a medium burger and got it well done. What the heck?

This is no longer called fuddruckers it is called fuckruckers!!! Food sucked!! Manager did not care 5 onion rings for $3.00 bathrooms were completely nasty!!!!!! The burger bar was empty and not maintained!!!! This was the worst way to spend $60.00! The QT would have been better!!!!! We will NEVER return here!!!!! And we used to come twice a month thanks for nothing FUCKRUCKERS!!!!!!!
Bring one back to Charleston, SC , please. ASAP!

Went with a large party. Unfortunately there was another large party that came in at the same time we did. Even though we had two separate registers ringing us up separately, they still put three of the other parties' items on our bill. They also kept rudely asking me who was paying my bill. Seriously, three different people came up and asked me. When I told them I had already answered that question three times, the woman had the nerve to get snippy with me.
