Very happy customer I had a wonderful experience at Fuda Tile. The sales people were excellent and my kitchen came out beautiful!
Bad News STAY AWAY FROM FUDA. I had some soap spill on the top of my never used marble vanity top and it ate away the finish. I was told by Fuda that soap will take off the finish. If that is true then why would anyone have marble in their bathrooms. It ridiculous. They are very helpful when you are buying, but a horror when you have a problem. They told me to buy polish and polish it. I haven't even used my new bathroom yet, and I should have to do this. And they weren't nice about it either. I should have listened to the o... read more

We beat the prices of most competitors and save customers money. We try so hard to keep everyone happy but sometimes no matter how much you save them or do for them they find a reason to be upset. Go somewhere else! Fuda service and installation has gone completely down hill. Avoid the potential headaches and go somewhere else. They measured and installed granite, cracked it during install and won't replace it. They told me "its not that bad"!!! They have delayed project completion by 2 months and I'm out $1,500.
Fuda tiles Ramsey I went to the Ramsey store and worked with Laura. She has been fabulous. She helped me chose tile for a bathroom which I love. I had no clue what I was doing and I gave her a budget which she stayed well within. She has been available for consult even when I was looking at getting a stone that Fuda did not have. Now we are back with Fuda again. I have never written a comment before but I feel that the great experience I am have warrent the remarks. Karen at Fuda(Ramsey) is awesome! Fuda tile is awesome, whether you are looking for an upscale tile or something simple and inexpensive. We remodeled our entire home in 2008 and Karen was amazing! She never lost her patience (even when I changed the kid's bathroom 3 times) and she never made us feel bad for having to stick to a budget. I am currently doing my kitchen backsplash and didn't even consider going anywhere else!
Great Experience!! We recently remodeled our home in Northwest Bergen County and could not be any happier with the selection and service we recieved from Fuda Tile. This is our third time dealing with this company and we will continue to shop and refer Fuda tile. We know their family for a long time and they are the nicest people you will ever meet!
Fuda Tile of Ramsey, NJ Hands down best place for tile & kitchens throughout the tri-state area. I shopped throughout about 6 or 7 big tile places in order to redo my kitchen and bathroom and found that I received the best quality of tile and service at Fuda Tile. It was really almost half the price as the other places for the same quality of tile. I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go there.
beware of this mistake I recently purchased 28 sq. ft of polished marble at a cost of 600 dollars, the sales associate that sold me the product assured me it was a wise choice for a kitchen backsplash, it was sealed ect... well hence 2 different tile contractors came to install and told me that the product wasn't in no way intended for this use, i called fuda asking for a credit toward another choice , and that i would pay all restocking fees and shipping costs, well after getting the run around for 2 weeks, i am now out all... read more
