COMPLETE RIP OFF I am a service member and while not a licensed automotive technition, I replaced both heads on my wifes '98 Subaru outback, and I am a Helocopter Mechanic for the US ARMY. I had an aftermarket warrenty put on the car while I was gone so my wife wouldn't worry about it. Cape Coral, FL We were lied to by our salesman about a contest at Fuccillo where they supposedly were giving away a free car, paying off loans and giving away cash . IT WAS FAKE..Just a ruse to sell cars for the month. After we found out we had been duped we talked to the General Manager (Xavier Villarreal) He did not deny it and did not offer any apologies. Great experience Being rather old and having shopped for numerous cars, I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant time in a auto purchase. My sales associate Joe Fiorentino was truly a consumate professional offering very little pressure but instead a genuine caring in my needs. Fuccillo Imports Cheats Army Servicemen March 2009 - Put these cheats out of business! I am the proud father of two sons, both are active duty in the Army and training to deploy to Iraq this year. My younger son, 19, is training at Ft Drum, NY as a turret gunner on a HMMWV (HUMVEE). He expects to be at Ft Drum a few more months and wanted to get some wheels. Average Average. Again, I'd shop here for a car if I was looking, but the salesmen there came off as rude and sketchy. They supposedly have a top notch service department, but if the salespeople there don't come up with some people skills the service department won't have many vehicles to service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Brought in my '12 Subaru Forester for warranty service to check my check-engine light. They wanted to charge me $42 to scrape some snow from underneath the car to get at one of the parts! I offered to remove the snow myself if they were going to be like that but they wouldn't let me and refused to perform the warranty service unless I paid them to scrape some snow. Terrible service! 30 seconds of scraping snow would have made the difference of me leaving happy or not. I called and complained to Subaru HQ ... read more
