I had set up an appointment to test drive.... the sales reps .. email ,called , and texted to remind me of the appointment .I drove for like 1 hour n 20 minutes (i called before drive there). I get to the dealer and they told me that "sales Reps" wasn't there :/ .. they sent me a sales man to tell me "the Car I was looking for is sold " ... they are very Scamy I thought.. they play the "I'm so sorry part " and they tried to sell me a KIA . Contacted me several times but would not answer my original question.
I had set up an appointment to test drive both vehicles that I had inquired about' I arrived at Fuccillo Chrysler Jeep Dodge the following morning at 7:10 am. I was early, so I looked at the vehicles on the lot. I did not see either vehicle that I was supposed to test drive. I waited until 8:30 am, when the sales dept. came in. I was told at that time that both vehicles had been sold the day before. I was upset because I had driven 50 miles to test drive 2 vehicles that were not there. I had two different sales reps email,call and "remind" me of an appointment I had.I told them I would stop by,yet they insisted on telling me I had made an appointment with them.I don't need any pressure or sales tactics from any dealer.I'll do my car shopping elsewhere!

Dealer took too long to respond. When I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle I queried about; it wasn't there. But they did respond after some time and asked if I wanted to set up a test drive... On a vehicle that was no longer there? Preposterous.

horrible they took over 2 weeks to respond and I had already purchased a Dodge Caliber from Armory Garage in Albany, NY spent over 15k on the car OH well their lost to bad we buy from Fuccillo Hyndai
