Not sure what happened but Derek Ives has failed to followed up on a repair request on a patio cover installed by him and his crew. When the high winds came through in May this year an improperly secured support broke loose. Derek was a “no call/no show” when he said he’d be out to assess what would be needed to make the repair and then he’s ignored two follow ups. Can’t recommend him and I’m disappointed he hasn’t stood by his work.
Excellent service, and fast work. Overall rating 10+. Great to do business with.
This is how a contractor should run their business. No complaints. Great work at a great price. Family business and great people.
