Im starting on the 3rd of November as a mechanic and tips ?
They spend way to much time trying to think up ways to help every community and not enough time on how to maintain the sand plants they have. Horrible company to work for. Sold all sand plants to another horrible company and everyone was out of work. They should focus more on business than the things they do focus on. Also they are dead set against unions. So if ya call them in good luck they will shut ya down.
One bad apple can ruin the whole batch. I will not name names because FTSI is an amazing company and should not be judged by one ungodly male employee.
