Absolutely terrible service! Owners lie to your face after agreeing to a deal.
One of their drivers was recklessly driving on the road and merged right into us that we had to swerve into the emergency lane. I’m almost 22 weeks pregnant and they had no remorse for speeding up into a merging lane we were already in when their tow truck was 4 times bigger than our car with a semi truck in front of us. DO BETTER, CHECK YOUR DRIVERS! because they didn’t even signal, or check their blind spot. Just sped up and we were right in their view and they STILL MERGED US INTO THE EMERGENCY LANE.
