FTS did a furnace upgraded my furnace to a 90+ unit with Heat Pump, the unit preformed good until the last supper cold spell in '22 that we had but stopped heating, come to find out they did not hook up the exhaust blower inside the furnace to the exhaust pipe that vents the unit (from the outside it looked correct).
