Jay was great and answered all my questions that I had.
We LOVE FTS!! Anytime we need anything Tori is right on it!!! We absolutely love Jay he's been our service guy since the beginning and is so friendly and comfortable to be around! He acts like he genuinely cares! Thanks guys for all you do!!!
I never leave reviews but felt this was worth it. First, my tech Trevor was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. My issue was that when I called to schedule the appointment I told them it was to have someone tell me what was wrong with my outdoor unit. I was told it was a $99 service fee to come look at it. Once he looked it over, then I am told there is an additional $98 diagnosis fee. She could have easily told me this over the phone. Had I known I never would have used them. Now I am out $200 and nothing to show for it. ... read more
