Brought my truck in for a simple brake job. The owner was rude as all he'll! Told me he would kick me out physically even though I agreed to the bill. All the techs were also not somebody I would trust. Also the office smelled like they were just smoking Crack and also acted like it
I brought my box truck in for inspection & they really took care of me . Repaired necessary parts & gave great advice. Very friendly & great customer service all around . Will definitely be coming back ! Thank you
I had a problem with some holes in the frame of my Ford F150 frame. The truck would not pass inspection. I had them do the repairs to the frame. They did an awesome job and even under coated the frame for free. Now my truck drives down the road like it's brand new. I'm ecstatic about the job they did. I recommend them to all. Great job by the FTR staff. Thank you so much.
Always go above and beyond with service. Stayed late past closing just to make sure the repairs on my truck (front wheel bearings) were completed so I could get to work the next day. Always a pleasure there. Owner and staff are excellent!
Had the check engine light on my daughters 2002 Jeep Liberty. Mechanic from another shop tested and said it was the transmission. Was going to get rid of it, but brought it here. It was reading a transmission issue, but it was the actual transmission but a corroded chip of some sort causing a false reading. Saved me a lot of trouble and money. Thanks!
