FTLOM is my go to for all things waxing and facial services. Anniezi is such a wonderful, comfortable person to be around. She has a very gentle touch when it comes to waxing and makes the time fly with her great personality. Highly recommend! I booked a facial for both myself and teen daughter. From start to finish Anniezi was kind, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I had so many questions that she had no problem answering. She made me feel so comfortable and confident with this experience being my first. Annie was amazing!! She is true to her work and very knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns they came up for me, she answered and provided reassurance. Her bikini/vajacial waxes are phenomenal, didn’t see a hair until about 3 weeks in and it was fine. She also is good with eyebrows & shapes them to your natural look. Definitely will be returning to her.
