Beautiful store, beautiful staff. Wish we had one in SoCal.
I came into Fête on Saturday to accompany my sister and soon-to-be BIL for their registry appointment, and was so blown away by the service that I’m still think about it days later. Every single member of the staff made us all feel welcomed and valued. They somehow struck the perfect balance of prioritizing the couple while still providing incredible service to the group. Fete deserves 6 stars! When we walked in for our appointment this Saturday, we were promptly greeted by Shawn, who was so personable and lovely. She and the other staff members gave us all champagne in beautiful Baccarat flutes, and Shawn took time to get to know everyone in our group (my fiance, all my sisters and my mom!). Similar to Virginia’s experience (see below), I went into Fete to purchase a gift from a wedding registry. It was my first time to Fete. Upon entry, I was not greeted or offered help in navigating the store/how to find a registry. I walked around the store for at least 10 minutes while the very many available staff ignored me. I finally approached the counter and had to stand there for 10-15 seconds before the ladies would even make eye contact with me (one was eating). Popped in to do a registry without an appointment and Angi was more than accommodating! Maggie was knowledgeable, Charlotte and the girls were available to help make the hard choices and the ambiance was absolutely perfect! 15/10 recommend!!
