If you want to ignore all the hidden fees and BS big gyms like EOS or VASA, this is the place. Very friendly, clean, and straightforward with the membership. If you’re looking for a new gym I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic gym, filled great people. I have been to other pro gyms and felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed, I have NEVER felt that here. Every coach is amazing, even if you are not a pro, they are friendly and freely give advice. Eddie is my coach and I have learned so much about the mechanics and science of lifting weights. I have gone from over 300 lbs, to 220, have some muscles for the first time in my life. We love the intimate environment and having Sheree Valdez as a personal trainer. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and encouraging.

This has been my gym for a couple years now..I love it.. It’s where you go to getr done and get out.. Been to different private gyms but this is the spot for me.. Good owner, good vibe, good equipment to reach your goals..

Most ridiculous pricing for a gym I think I’ve ever seen, $75 usd a month for a gym membership? No thanks
