We love the intimate environment and having Sheree Valdez as a personal trainer. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and encouraging.

Best private gym in SLC. Clean, friendly, motivating and great members. Isn't over crowded and priced perfectly. 10/10

Nice gym not the noisy stinky chaos of the bigger gyms in town. Eddie is great other staff is positive and encouraging as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I went to FTC for about 6 months and loved it there! The people there were great and it had all the machines I needed. The only reason I stopped going is because I ended up moving away and it was too far of a drive. Otherwise, I’d still be going. I highly recommend this gym!

Immaculate, impeccable, and absolutely outstanding facility. A self-serve supplement bar already tells you a lot about the type of people that work here and train here. Top athletes of Utah should consider training here as some already do. 👊🏽😎
