Fantastic gym, filled great people. I have been to other pro gyms and felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed, I have NEVER felt that here. Every coach is amazing, even if you are not a pro, they are friendly and freely give advice. Eddie is my coach and I have learned so much about the mechanics and science of lifting weights. I have gone from over 300 lbs, to 220, have some muscles for the first time in my life. This has been my gym for a couple years now..I love it.. It’s where you go to getr done and get out.. Been to different private gyms but this is the spot for me.. Good owner, good vibe, good equipment to reach your goals..
We love the intimate environment and having Sheree Valdez as a personal trainer. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and encouraging.
The owner is very passionate, welcoming and hospitable. Definitely a gym you look forward too.
