Put kindly, your practice is a fraud. Your staff, along with Dr. Styl Perez, refused to perform the teeth cleaning I appeared for under the bogus excuse that I have periodontal disease. Interestingly, Dr. Perez told me during my exam that my mouth and teeth looked good with the exception of some limited 'shading' at tooth #14. Your finance person then tried to strongarm me into an expenditure of $2,750. (easy payments) and refused to allow the basic cleaning I had already paid for. What an amazing dental office! It was more like being at a world class spa than a dental office. I felt pampered! Everyone was so welcoming. Needed to find a good dentist and to have a cleaning. I have never been to such a personable, service-oriented dental office. Every person I encountered introduced themselves, showed me the office, and explained what was happening. As nervous as I was going to a new dentist, I found myself smiling and relaxed.
