DR Fournier is absolutely in my opinion , the best eye doctor I have ever been to. His staff is without exception the nicest I have ever dealt with in any medical office . My only regret is I did not find him sooner .....
These people had my primary and secondary insurance information for three weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived for an appointment I was told a 20% co-pay was due. They wasted my time, cost me money, and forced me to find a new doctor. The staff never once apologized or took responsibility. They did offer to "work out a payment plan for the twenty per cent."
