DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff here is as dishonest as they are lazy. No regard for your personal identifiable information or privacy. Absolutely no sense of customer service either. Spend your money elsewhere, unless you'd rather shout through a mailbox slot to try & get service.

Rooms were better than expected for the area the heated pool my only complaint is you gotta fight with the door to get in the room swipe the card a thousand times but was very satisfied over all

It's not worth to stay at this place Maintenance is poor Most lights didn't work Hard to reach someone if you need Most of the time nobody at front desk to help you Appliances hardly working Sink drains backing up Not customer oriented business Has only a fancy name Only if you are drunk you can stay there

Room was clean. So I gave it a 2 start other than that it was not great experience for the money I paid. I paid close 3×***but bathroom was very small. It was hard for me as once you sit down on toilet you could not close the door. Your foot would be in the way. You must close the door first and thn sit down. Shower curtain fell multiple times. And there was not bath tub it was just tiles on the floor. Tiles on the floor was convinent but shower curtain kept falling every time someone touched it.

Absolutely horrible. Dirty rooms cigarette burns in the room. Was here long enough to sleep and they are scandalous trying to say I broke a cabinet, when checking out was told I’d be refunded my deposit etc. I have video proof of what the room looked like and they do not care. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at
