As far as I can tell if you can get on base you have 24/7 access to the area. I think it could be a little cheaper for what it is.

If you married, or just want to storage your stuff here, even if you aren't deploying, you can. The mini storages are only 50 a month. And they are big anough to fit even a king size bed and bunch of other stuff.
