Ashley and Lashonda were both amazing at helping me get my account open today before they closed!
I love being a member of FSU Credit Union. Every time I have an issue with my account I can give them a call and get exactly the help I need. If you ever have to talk with someone over the phone I would recommend speaking with Christy; she is extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile to help! Now that I think about it. . . She should definitely get a raise.
Really excellent experience, always will work with me if I get overdraft fees or lose an ID etc. Really professional too.
Great service and people, however only the drive thru teller/atm is open due to Covid rules and I typically wait 30-45 minutes to make a withdrawal.
Amazing Banking service and outstanding staff, driving customer service home. Kiona Tyler is the bomb, and she always makes sure to take very good care of members, Veronica Hall is wonderful and always cheerful when providing service. Lastly Kristi and her crew members in the call center rock!!!
