Absolutely terrible customer service. Every time I call, I’m stuck on hold for over five minutes only to reach rude, unhelpful representatives—especially a woman named Diana. I’ve been an auto loan customer for over a year, and despite being a loyal customer, I was treated dismissively when trying to apply for a new loan. Staff gave me wrong information multiple times, spoke to me and even a car salesman with shocking rudeness, and acted annoyed to help.
