After being treated so rude by the staff at the Capital Circle NE location I came over to this location and it was the complete opposite.From being greeted so kindly when I walked in.Jasmine, Jet, and Legacy are the best and are a great image for this company.
Excellent customer service at every visit
They closed my personal account eventhough I responded to emails but they never told me they were closing it or exactly why. I called cs the first girl I talked to had the worst attitude then it was a hastle to get to the person that closed my account for no reason. I have square and deduct through my square bank account and pay myself the rest. We settled it, she said she would restore my account and still has not. I tried to open business accounts with them, they were rude then too. They all must hate their jobs but thats ... read more
