whoever the teller Jonah is, very rude individual. don’t understand why you got a customer service job if you can’t do the bare minimum—have good customer service. i’m not the only one complaining either.
Been with this credit union for a long time, but since they've grown, they're not always staffed as much in person. (Is it the 'economy" or something else, I'm not sure, but...) I had to go to 3 branches to find a loan officer. Very frustrating - their other branch staff gave me wrong information and their phone system was centralized.) I gave up and went elsewhere for the loan as I didnt have time to waste driving all over town.
The sweet girl helped me and somehow made a mistake she asks the white young gentleman help and she shrugged it off and said I don’t know and he did not try to help her in any way. Then I said it’s okay I guess I can just right it down myself. Suddenly he had something to say and he’s said in a stern voice NO you cannot give her that becuse she could write a check to a terrorist Organization. I am a middle eastern woman clearly not white. I had the chance to open a new account with Mr James Horgan (Branch Supervisor) @Thomasville Rd branch, it was easy and swift process, and he was very easy to talk to. In the middle of the application, James found out that I had a freeze on my account so he gave me the Experian number to call and that got sorted out.
