Worked with Ramsey Schafer on a auto loan completely over email. The process was very easy. I have been a customer of this credit union for about 15 years and have been very satisfied with their excellent service.
Employees have always been polite and courteous…I’ve mostly dealt with Sheree W. She is PHENOMENAL!!! She has assisted me and my family with 3 different auto loans and recently a HELOC loan…I’ve never dealt with anyone anywhere as polite, caring, understanding and actually willing to help with any and all situations!!!
