I recently had a horrible experience with this branch. I wish I hadgot the name of the teller! She is the only one I saw with lighter colored hair. It took nearly a month to receive my replacement debit card, that I had been charged $10 for. The bank by phone person said I should see it in the mail in about 7-10 days. It appears that it was supposed to be an instant issued card and the bank and certainly this particular teller really dropped the ball. I nearly closed my accounts!!!
