Why is the bank closing three minutes early and locking the doors. It’s getting really aggravating every single time we tried to get there it’s closed early

If I could give zero stars I would. This credit union is the biggest joke in town. On two separate occasions in a two week period my debit card was locked due to “fraudulent activity” with no explanation. They hire uneducated and rude employees. Don’t waste your time at this bank.
