Ways in the drive in and two workers was inside. One was in his personal cell phone the other was on work phone. I had to say hello to get the guys to see I was sitting waiting for someone to help me. He acted like I was interrupting him and didn’t say thank you when he handed me my cash and kept looking at me like I was nobody

Avoid them. They understaff their teller positions, and their loan people NEVER return calls. (Try reaching female loan person first initial "J" in branch at Capital Circle and Mahan, at any time, EVER.) If you have a debit card, expect your transactions to be declined over and over, even when your account is in good standing and you have excess funds in your account. I am sorry but I can't give a good review. Yes, I have my car financed through Champions First Credit Union which was FSU Credit Union, but all I want to do is get refinanced somewhere else. I have done several DBO's to get my payments taken out of my other bank account and they can't get it right. When I try to call, I am always on hold for at least 20-30 minutes and noone seems to be able to get my problem resolved.
