I was formerly a member of DOT credit union for over 30 years then FSU and now Champion. My experience with them has been very professional, pleasing and willing to help and serve me.
It is allmost impossible to reach the branch by phone. You could be on hold forever. My last experience was 20 mins. on hold. I think there are too many other CU choices to have to deal with such slow and laborous endeavors.
Terrible experience and poor excuse of a financial institution. Services abysmal, staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and find a more efficient bank.
