Can’t reach people on the phone and the service isn’t good
Loan: Good rates, but I was required to come in person to make the first payment. I made the first payment, but since it was more than 25 days before the first due date it did not count toward the payment I was intending to make and this was not made clear to me at the time. Automatic payments: I filled out a paper form for automatic payments and they entered it into the system incorrectly and tried to pull the monthly payment on a weekly basis. I'm sorry but this is a horrible bank in my opinion which is why I left them. And now they are trying to say I owe them $700 which is a lie and ridiculous. Because at the time yes my account with was in the negative but thank God at the time that's when everyone got the stimulus check and it got deposited into my account and so it took the money I owed and only left me with $500. So how in the hell would I owe them anything when the money was already repaid when the stimulus got deposited into my account like what the hell. ... read more
