Absolutely terrible customer service. Every time I call, I’m stuck on hold for over five minutes only to reach rude, unhelpful representatives—especially a woman named Diana. I’ve been an auto loan customer for over a year, and despite being a loyal customer, I was treated dismissively when trying to apply for a new loan. I will NEVER return to this branch ever again.The staff was very rude.They did not greet me at all when coming in the credit union.They all just gave me a look like what are you doing here.Marisa attitude was very nasty she constantly rolled her eyes.Slam someone check into a file,and snatched out her AirPod the guy there barely said two words it honestly seem like the whole location was having a bad day and taking it out on the customers.

Ways in the drive in and two workers was inside. One was in his personal cell phone the other was on work phone. I had to say hello to get the guys to see I was sitting waiting for someone to help me. He acted like I was interrupting him and didn’t say thank you when he handed me my cash and kept looking at me like I was nobody
