I will NEVER return to this branch ever again.The staff was very rude.They did not greet me at all when coming in the credit union.They all just gave me a look like what are you doing here.Marisa attitude was very nasty she constantly rolled her eyes.Slam someone check into a file,and snatched out her AirPod the guy there barely said two words it honestly seem like the whole location was having a bad day and taking it out on the customers.

Ways in the drive in and two workers was inside. One was in his personal cell phone the other was on work phone. I had to say hello to get the guys to see I was sitting waiting for someone to help me. He acted like I was interrupting him and didn’t say thank you when he handed me my cash and kept looking at me like I was nobody

Avoid them. They understaff their teller positions, and their loan people NEVER return calls. (Try reaching female loan person first initial "J" in branch at Capital Circle and Mahan, at any time, EVER.) If you have a debit card, expect your transactions to be declined over and over, even when your account is in good standing and you have excess funds in your account. We've had purchases declined while traveling and in town. Whoever does their "fraud" algorithm needs to be fired. Very poor systems, very poor service. A disas... read more
