We are SO pleased with our new sunroom! Robert Shipstead of GDM construction was a pleasure to work with. He let us know every step of the way what was happening, did what he said he would do every time. We never had to chase him. All of his crew were professionals in their specialties, did great work, cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly and helpful. Vincent, Rob and the entire team is absolutely amazing. Very professional, very accommodating, great communication as they listen to what you are trying to do, instead of them trying to tell you what they would do like a lot of other contractors. Of course they make recommendations and suggestions, but they work with you. Quality wok and a great product at a good value. I interacted with 5 other contractors for converting my patio to a sun studio, and almost all of them wanted me to deposit an advance before they could provide a sketch of their proposal. Then I was introduced to GDM construction by Four Seasons. Vincent Muccilli from GDM provided a detailed drawing and a competitive quote without any commitment from myside. We had a good experience working with GDM to add a sunroom of around 200 sqft. Despite the uncertainty coming from obtaining a permit, they were able to complete the project largely based on the original timeline estimation.
We had a great experience working with GDM to create our sunroom and would highly encourage anyone to use this company if they’re considering a sunroom!
