Vincent, Rob and the entire team is absolutely amazing. Very professional, very accommodating, great communication as they listen to what you are trying to do, instead of them trying to tell you what they would do like a lot of other contractors. I interacted with 5 other contractors for converting my patio to a sun studio, and almost all of them wanted me to deposit an advance before they could provide a sketch of their proposal. Then I was introduced to GDM construction by Four Seasons. Vincent Muccilli from GDM provided a detailed drawing and a competitive quote without any commitment from myside. We had a good experience working with GDM to add a sunroom of around 200 sqft. Despite the uncertainty coming from obtaining a permit, they were able to complete the project largely based on the original timeline estimation.
