If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went through Suncorp insuarance to fix my car with minor damage with FSR. It's been 10 months I still don't have my car. While my car was at FSR not only they left it at their old location for months and forgot about it. Then someone there left rooftop open and my car got major water damage from the rain. They could not provide me with ETA when im going to receive my car back. I'm not sure how their company hasn't been shut down.
We have been waiting 9 months for our (what was new) car to be completed. It had fairly minor damage having been stolen and yet has taken this long for it to be repaired. Meanwhile our insurance has paid over $30k in car hire while we wait. At this rate, I don’t even want our car back.
I have wasted my entire day waiting for the assessor’s to call me with an update. Each time a new excuse, I will be putting a written complaint to aami about their inability to provide basic level of customer service.
i took back my car and got more damaged my car!!! and they dont know how to disassembly and reassembly car trims. stolon my stuff, use my car fuel gone 40L fuel gone broken handle, trims are Not installed and assembled properly. gap, hanging, clips are broken missing, not use all clip, damaged floor damage, handle not working , make new scratch, mark, and then they give me car for finish!!!!and show me handle broken and part come next couple month latter!!!! and only that i hear problem.. i found and got damaged more then th... read more
