I went in and asked for 14 inch extensions, the lady handed me 18 inch and rang me up for those and I didn’t notice until I got home. I went in to exchange because the receipt says ONLY WIGS cannot be returned, they were very rude and would not honor an exchange after the employee sold me the wrong ones. The manager will come out and speak over you and be extremely condescending

My mom and I went to this place to buy something and we didn’t find the right one so we go back wanting to return it. They said we can’t 😐 45$ wasted
