Hilariously never open, even during operating hours. Definitely don’t just show up because they lights will be off and the gate will be down.

Unacceptable.. this store always has a sign up saying they be back in 10mins and never return it’s unprofessional.. and to put sign up that’s a lie is sad . Change your hours online to open and close when I feel like it!!!!!

I went in and asked for 14 inch extensions, the lady handed me 18 inch and rang me up for those and I didn’t notice until I got home. I went in to exchange because the receipt says ONLY WIGS cannot be returned, they were very rude and would not honor an exchange after the employee sold me the wrong ones. The manager will come out and speak over you and be extremely condescending
