I purchased a CPO vehicle from Audi Frederick as an out of state buyer. Owen was awesome to work with from start to delivery. The sales process and shipping were seamless and the car has exceeded expectations.

Bought a vehicle almost two months ago. Temp tag is expiring shortly. For weeks, nobody will return my calls. The person who answers phones just transfers to a title person. That transfer just rings or goes to voicemail. Never get a return call. Ask for a manager. Straight to voicemail. No manager will return a call. Not a professional operation. Just save yourself the trouble and buy a car somewhere else.
Sales/finance team was awesome until the paperwork was signed. Trying to get answers on how to set up the car so it's connected has been quite frustrating. Before paperwork was signed.... Oh sir we will go over everything about the car and the connected services. Hahah. Getting teeth pulled might be more enjoyable. Thought Audi would be a better white glove service provider. I've dealt with better corner car sales.
