I had an exceptional experience buying a car from Ourisman Audi Frederick earlier this week. I attribute almost entirely to Alana, Audi Brand Specialist. She could not have been more professional, pleasant and responsive throughout the entire process. Ourisman is lucky to have Alana on it's team.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff in the service department are great to deal with. The level of customer service is top notch.
Had work done on my suv a few times here nothing my phenomenal costumer service and labor done. Highly recommended . Best in the area hands down
This review is specific to the service department. Kate and her team make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. She provides clear estimates, explains the work, sets expectations for the process, and provides timely responses to inquiries. The loaner cars are great. The techs tech the cars with skill and quickness. My sweet Audi always purrs like a kitten when the master techs at Audi Frederick and Kate are thru with it.
I did not buy a car at this dealership, but I did work with Daniel F. at this Audi dealership when I was shopping around. Daniel was super easy to work with, quick to respond & knew everything about the car! I enjoyed working with him & he seriously went above and beyond!
