Andre is my go-to guy! I live over an hour away and pass at least two other Audi dealerships just to come to this one because of the exceptional service he provides. Andre, I can’t say enough positive things about you. Thank you for always helping me take care of my car and making the drive worthwhile. I truly appreciate your professionalism, dedication, and care!
I have had multiple known issues since purchasing my Volvo. The service team keeps giving me the “software update needed” yet the radio and control center go out for days at a time weekly. Now, the steering wheel is making a pin noise that is a known Volvo issue. I call to make an appointment, the lady on the phone set me up with a loaner because I live 1 hour away. Super easy deal! Purchased a BMW from them. Devin was friendly & communicated well thought the transaction. They gave me a good deal on the car so I didn’t have to haggle & go back and forth. The dealer did a PDR and a detail on the car so it arrived looking brand new! Car was delivered with a full tank of gas & on time. I would absolutely do business again with the sales team. Thanks guys!
Daniel Schumm, the technologist from Frederick Audi is the best! I bought my A4 there and he had helped me many times when I had any technical questions or problems over the years. He's always nice and patient while resolving my issues. He actually helped me again today and I'm beyond thankful for his time and professionalism. If I purchase another Audi there, it's because of him. He is super trustworthy and helpful, Audi is lucky to have such an exceptional employee!
I ended up at Audi service for help I was in a bind. I was Greeted by the assistant service manager Frances with GREAT customer service. After listening to my issue she was able to get my car right in and taken care of. The service was fast and done as I waited . They had me back up and rolling in no time great service and awesome work.
