I was 63 years old and a loyal customer for several years. Told by tech, at my yearly tuneup in December, that I needed a new tank. After the technician called his supervisor, the service manager stopped my oil delivery, when I had only 1/8 of a tank. Tech appeared to feel bad, knowing I would probably run out of oil before I could get another tank installed. He suggested I call the service manager back and see what could be done meanwhile (possibly a barrel set up). Service manager would not even speak to me on the phone. H... read more
