They don't care for their customers.
I don't know how you can just not show up when people are paying for services. The rest of us had to figure out how to get to work and do our jobs. This isn't the first time they have just decided to not pick up. They better find a way to make it right with their customers or they are gonna lose them.
I can understand the snow being a problem but the plows have been out for days like everyone's trash! Your competition is showing how customer service is done! Allied Waste has been out on a Saturday to pick-up their customers trash while the rest of us have garbage piled up by the curb. What are we paying for?
No shows down our road. Garbage is piling up on the side of the road along with snow drifts. Another snow storm is coming and NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!! Memory is FULL on their answering machine!!! You better give us $$$$ credit for this week!!!!! So, now that the trash has/been building up along side the road, the local wildlife is now spewing our trash all over our yards. Just wondering if your company is going to clean this mess up?
Service and communication suck!
We were very happy with Canfield, not happy at all with FSI. Looking for another service!
Many times they have left trash behind. Every other month it seems the bill goes up and now no trash pick up...I'm sure there will be a credit on our bill. Ha!
Very disappointed in the lack of service FSI provided to us this week. No pick up of an overflowing garbage can, no call, no one to answer your call about where they are?!?! What frustrates me most is you can be a valued customer for years and miss one single payment and they drop you! When you pay, they charge you at new customer status. Hmmmm....sounds like business practices might want to be changed if they want to keep customers. I haven't talked to many happy ones over the past few days.
