I think I just have terrible luck. I got here about 30 minutes before my appointment. By the time I waited in line, it was my appointment time. But they said they’re behind that day. Understandable. I dropped my empty off and went back to flying j to shower and wait. No big. Called an hour latter it’s ready. Got told to pick it up from the dock door. Hooked up. Dropped trailer 6pm,it was 5am no call,I try to call them and lady was oh it’s ready…and now I’m waiting on the gate 20min for paperwork…
Drop hook .in n out. 30min but no mtys, but they did live unload me 3hrs. Great day
Going on 3 hours and still not loaded. Additionally if you are picking up here if your trailer is even slightly dirty get a washout done before you come or you will be rejected and told to get one. My trailer had a little bit of dirt in the grooves and some wood from broken pallets and they rejected the trailer. Had to spend 1.5 hours getting that done and come back. Delivery is supposed to be 8 a.m. est and it's already basically midnight with a 4 hour drive. I'm too tired now to even attempt it. So now my day tomorrow will... read more
