Loading took 20 hrs. Was supposed to be a live load but it was not. Dropped trailer. Asked me to leave the facility. Gave me the trailer next day. Missed my delivery appointment
I wish all Hershey locations were like this one. Check in guard will tell you were to go we had to meet jockey told us where to put mty trailer and directed us to shipping and shipping handed us paperwork went back around to where we dropped and our loaded was right there.. Hooked and back to guard shack and that simple..
Reefer loads. Usually drop and hook. Visited this DC numerous times, picking up and dropping off loads. The security and guard shack staff are always super nice and helpful. If you have your load info/pick up number, you can always call shipping to verify if the load is ready beforehand. They are 24 hours. I will say the check in and check out process can be lengthy at times, so be prepared for that. Other than that, its always pretty simple drop and hook.
