Randy lied about what was included with their $3000 fee. they claimed legal fees and photography from a professional they sent a kid with an iPhone for the photography and no legal fees were included their whole business is to tell you all this is included to build value but then come time of closing nothing was provided yet they cash in then the guy argued with me and denied it lol definitely will never use them or recommend them
My home sold in less than a week using FSBOHOMES.COM. I loved the fact that I could show my home to potential buyers and tell them everything about the house and the neighborhood - all things that a realtor wouldn't know. Our buyers were savvy enough to know we wanted to sell on our own without a realtor, so they didn't use a realtor on their side either. That helped save us even more. The FSBO team was amazing from beginning to end. The whole process was thoroughly explained before i decided to use them and they delivered on everything they promised. From photoshoot to closing i could not have asked for a better partner in helping me sell my home.
My experience-Not great. For what the business model is, I think it does have value for people trying to squeeze every drop of profit out of the sale of their home, and Jerry and the other folks working there are very nice and professional. My 2 star rating and overall issue with this service is that IF you want to sell your home in a timely manner, DON'T use an FSBO service. This is why: They don't list the property on the MLS at all.
