Definitely has changed since new workers have came in. Seem more rude and never answer their phones. I didn’t like the customer service Daniela gave. Answered the phone with a attitude. I been calling for months to reach someone for resources and no luck. Was told Brenda’s old number would be transferred and be used by a new worker. He has not touched bases or answered any calls.
