F&S installed a new furnace and A/C on June 1st of 2023. They were recommended by our next door neighbor. I obtained 3 quotes from local HC businesses prior to the install. Lee literally spent about 4 hours with me going over different options for our unique setup, even going into the attic at one point. Mike TALKED ME OUT OF the more expensive options that I was inquiring about. We have been very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
