I went in a week ago for a haircut, they did a great job. I made an appointment for a color and highlight, Not good at all! The bleach was left in my hair way too long, broke a lot of my hair off, the color is all wrong, she put toner on my hair and told me to leave it in for 3 days. I was telling her about another stylist who over processed my hair and she didn’t say a word about all my hair coming out after she took the foils out. Very upset and disappointed. I've been coming here for over a year now. I have seen this salon change for the better. The atmosphere is good, love the music & the salon & staff are looking professional. That's important to me that stylist's have hair done & dress nice & that the salon is clean. Great job gals.
