I have used f&s multiple times and not once have I had a bad experience. The guys at f&s are always so helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to get my vehicle and its needs met. I have had a couple accidents and everytime they were quick to get my car in and communicated exactly what we needed done. Not once have I received my invoice and been surprised at the total. Update: I am lowering my review after 3 months due to the fact. That I am still waiting on them to get an airbag sensor turned off that they have said they are just waiting on the part to come in. Also one week after getting my car back the tire on the side that was damaged blew out due to a bad alignment that tire shop said was visibly obvious due to a bent part. But F&S told insurance that my alignment was fine so they didn’t touch it, so I had to dish out another $500 for tires, alignment, replacement parts, and labor. Af... read more

After an accident I looked around at local shops to get repairs done F&S was the fastest to look at it and get me an estimate, I got my car dropped off 2 days after the accident where as all the other places in elk city would have been atleast 3 weeks before I could get it into their shop. Repair time was about average just less than 3 weeks. Even after my car was released if an issue came up such as turn signal not working or check engine light came on they got it in the next day to look everything over. I 10/10 recommend F... read more
They are amazing! I will not stop using them and recommending them! They communicate with you and the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! My sister recommended them when they took care of her hail damage. They did an outstanding job with my husband's truck's hail damage and then a short time later they went above and beyond when he hit a deer! I couldn't be happier! 10 out of 5 stars for sure!! Thank you guys SO much for everything!!
