Nicest and most knowledgeable people!! They were incredibly helpful and explained things to me on a level I could understand. Very professional as well. Shout out to Greg and Austin specifically!!
Rude service the second time I went and barely wanted to release my car to me and forgot to paint the mirror and the scratch still there . But you guys did a good job on the front drivers side fender . I’m going to a different one like o’Fallon Collision Center . But hopefully 🤞 I won’t have to . You guys need to work on customer service I don’t care if you’re busy you need to focus more on the customer experience because customers like me are going through a difficult time dealing with this .
I've had 3 vehicles there over the years. Great to work with, and quality results.
I would forsure take a car back to this place to get repaired again! Communication was great and my car was done within a timely manner and I got my car back cleaned and clearly taken care of! I honestly have NO complaint about my experience! Plus the people were so nice!
