The staff is always pleasant and goes out of their way to try to accommodate us. This Fry’s is very busy and I appreciate how hard they work.
Horrible
Pros and cons. Many annoying things with their system. They can't figure out how to price meds when you have insurance AND their kroger plan that gets you certain meds free. They always want to charge me. They continue refills on old medication dosages when new prescription dosage has been sent in, so you have to be vigilant on the refills. But overall, I use them because it's convenient, I like the drive through option, and the gas fuel points.
This pharmacy was a lifesaver for my family tonight. My son was seen at The Little Clinic and the prescription was ready as soon as I approached the counter. He was able to get relief ASAP. Amazing, helpful, and friendly customer service!
Got a notice my prescription was ready and they didnt even have it in stock when I arrived. Were not nice about it and this is the 3rd time they couldn't fill a very important med. I would not suggest this location. They always seem irritated
